Awards season is starting to creep upon us, with deadlines coming up in Waterloo, London and Ontario-wide.
LHBA – Awards of Excellence – Deadline June 16
The London Home Builders’ Association Awards of Excellence nominations are open now, closing on June 16, 2016. This includes the EnerQuality-sponsored Environmental Stewardship award. The EnerQuality Environmental Stewardship Award is presented to a Builder or Renovator member company of London Home Builders’ Association who practices and promotes sustainable building practices and takes an environmentally conscientious initiative above and beyond the industry standard.

OHBA – Awards of Distinction – Deadline June 22
The 2016 Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction nomination deadline is June 22, 2016. There are nearly 40 awards, in categories including renovation, architectural design, room design, project image and advertising, on-site sales presentation, and the Prestige awards. All members of OHBA will be recognized in the nomination if they are listed in the “Who Helped You” fields by the submitting builder or renovator.

WRHBA – SAM Awards of Distinction – deadline June 28
EnerQuality is also sponsoring the Grand SAM Green Builder of the Year award, part of the Waterloo Region Home Builders’ Association SAM Awards of Distinction. This award recognizes the best environmental performance, through excellence in building design, construction and materials that together make an impressive green impact in a single built home, either custom or production built, that is energy efficient and healthy to live in. The deadline for nominations is June 28, 2016.
