Program Manager – Job Ready
We are looking for a performance-driven individual to join the team as a Program Manager, Job Ready.
This full time, hybrid role will be responsible for directing the development, implementation, and ongoing program management for the OHBA Job Ready program which recruits, qualifies and trains prospective workers before placing them in a 6 month, entry level construction role.
Program Coordinator – Job Ready
As a key member of our organization, responsibilities will include project management, partner coordination, meeting management, reports design and preparation, process development and implementation and being the point of contact among Job Ready program partners, executives, program employers, program employees, and other external partners.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience as a program coordinator, senior administration role, inside sales or customer service. This is a full time, hybrid role.
