Sonny is the National Sales Manager for Panasonic’s HVAC/IAQ solutions business. He has over 15 years of HVAC industry experience and has experience as a Contractor, Distributor and now a Manufacturer.
Sonny has a passion and drive to help his team inform, offer and educate Builders, Developers, Designers and contractors on better building practices and methods to improve IAQ and Energy efficiency in new and existing homes. -
Will Russell
Business Manager - HVAC Solutions, Life and Devices Solutions Division
Will is the Business Manager for Panasonic’s HVAC Business. He has been in the industry for 4 years and has been a key player in helping Panasonic shape their HVAC offering to better suite the Canadian Climate.

Heather McDiarmid
PhD, Principal at McDiarmid Climate Consulting and Research Associate at the University of Waterloo
Heather McDiarmid is the founder of McDiarmid Climate Consulting, which specializes in research, analysis and communications work related to decarbonizing the residential sector.
Recent work includes modeling the cost effectiveness of heat pumps in Ontario and the impact of widespread heat pump adoption on the Ontario grid. She has also developed climate-related course materials for educational and corporate institutions including the International Civil Aviation Organization and holds a Research Associate position at the University of Waterloo.
When not working to build a climate-safe future, she enjoys hanging out with her family, biking, kayaking and playing the oboe.
