Builders are already delivering better homes—but when it comes to ENERGY STAR, one of the biggest challenges isn’t how to build it… it’s how to position and sell it.
In today’s market, homebuyers expect performance—but they don’t always understand it. That puts pressure on builders and sales teams to clearly communicate value, differentiate their homes, and justify the investment.
This session—presented by Enbridge Gas—is designed specifically for builders and their sales and marketing teams. It takes a practical, real-world approach to ENERGY STAR for New Homes, focusing on how to make it work in today’s code environment—and how to turn high-performance into a clear selling advantage.
