Innovation Gauntlet

Application Process:

  1. 1. Complete this Innovation Gauntlet Submission Package and save the completed document as a PDF.
  2. 2. Prepare and include the required digital uploads (logos, images, and optional materials).
  3. 3. Email all materials to joanne@ENERQUALITY.ca before 11:00 p.m. Eastern on Monday, January 26, 2026.
  4. 4. A maximum of five (5) companies will be selected to pitch live. Finalists will receive presentation requirements and the opportunity to schedule a check-in call with Joanne Fraraccio.
  5. 5. Submissions will be reviewed by our team, and finalists will be contacted by Friday, January 30, 2026.

Benefits of Participating:

  1. 1. Exclusive 10 minutes on stage in front of 200 attendees (5-minute pitch + 5-minute Q&A with judges).
  2. 2. An exhibitor table dedicated exclusively to Innovation Gauntlet participating companies.
  3. 3. The ability to distribute materials (e.g., swag) at your exhibitor table and network with BIF+A attendees throughout the event.
  4. 4. Promotion on all ENERQUALITY platforms ahead of the event to spotlight participating companies.
  5. 5. Company logo and link included in event promotional materials.
